Fiery and Flavorful Ayede (testy) Spicy Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe That Will Leave Your Taste Buds Dancing

Ingredients

  •        190g Signature spicy tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil

  •        ½ onion, finely chopped

  •        1 carrot, chopped

  •        1 celery stick, chopped (optional)

  •        350 g/12 oz lean fresh beef mince

  •        50 g/1¾ oz steaky bacon, diced or pancetta.

  •        350 g/12 oz lean fresh beef mince

  •        125 ml/4 fl oz red wine (optional)

  •        350 g/12 oz dried spaghetti

  •        Vegetable/chicken/beef cube stock (optional)

  •        Salt

  •        Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, to serve (optional)

 

Method

 

  1. Heat the oil in a large deep-frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add the pancetta, celery, and carrot fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender

  3. Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the meat is tender.

  4. Stir in Aydee’s signature spicy tomato and red wine, stock cubes, and salt, and cook for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Add the dried spaghetti to a large pan with lightly salted boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until tender.

  6. Drine the paste and transfer it to a serving plate. Dish the sauce onto the pasta, toss to mix well and serve or serve with parmesan cheese.
